Discover the Joy of Music

 

The Loyola Choir is a vocal and musical program designed to develop students’ choral abilities while providing proper vocal training and technique. Students learn how to use and care for their voices while building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a love for music.

 

Choir members develop a liturgical repertoire for monthly Masses, as well as music for special activities and performances both inside and outside the school. Students also learn the importance of polyphonic singing, working with harmonies of two, three, and even four different melodies to create more advanced and complex choral performances.

 

The Loyola School Choir has proudly represented the school at LoanDepot Park, home of the Miami Marlins, Walt Disney World, and various cultural and sporting events throughout the community, giving students exciting opportunities to perform, grow as musicians, and create memorable experiences together.
